Chinese printer (Sunyung / Senyang Board) and Maintop

Hello everyone. I have a couple of questions about a wide format printer we got from China so bear with me with the information I know so far. I believe the main board is from Sunyung or Senyang according the manual of the printer. We are very familiar with Cadlink with our DTF printers but this printer came with MainTop. I have it set up and talking to the printer but for some reason it is limiting the size of the print area to 24" horizontally or vertically (either way I try it). We are not thrilled about using MainTop and have looked into alternatives like Flexi and Onyx but this printer isn't listed as a supported printer and we are assuming we are just stuck with this software. Does anyone here have any experience with this type of printer and problems that I have mentioned? Has anyone figured out any alternatives to the software? We are trying to get this printer up and running and gathering as much information as possible. Of course the manufacturer has been hardly any help and there is not much on the internet about this printer so hoping to find some information here. Thank you!

Did you rip to file from Cadlink? 24" is limitation of Desktop version. What printer driver do you use in Cadlink for that printer?

Have you tried using it with Flexi? It is more than likely a copy of an existing printer, so if you try different ones in there you may find one that will work for it

flexi tech support will probably help "match it up" to an existing printer profile

What is that printer?

Please see attached files. When a technician set up the printer he gave us two folders with drivers and the names of the folders were “SY-i3200” and “DY_SY_I3200”. I've talked with flexi support and they are looking into it to see if they can figure out anything as well.
