chiseled font similar to Handel Gothic

no photos but hopefully i can give enough description for our Gurus to help solve...

looking for a font very similar to Handel Gothic Bold Italic that has:

- chiseled top right arm of "C T E S"
- chiseled lower right arm on "L"
- chiseled left crossbar on "A R" and maybe "P"
- "O" is more oval than round

overall is close to Handel Gothic, with maybe an Eras type flair, but not fluted.

know it's not: Batman Forever, Bitsumishi, Blade Runner, Chisel, City, Coalition, LTAtomatic, Magistral, Nordic, nor Space Marine.

i think it's a fairly common one (maybe even daFont type) , but not one currently installed.
