Suggestions Chrome for cut vinyl truck lettering - anything new?

Has anyone had experience with Real Gold Brand Mirror chrome? They claim 15 yr durability .I find it hard to believe, but at $45 per 24" yd it better be good. I have some now I am trying out.
The shine/ reflection is better than R tapes chrome ( the only thing I have on hand) to compare it to. Had to cut it at above 250 g to achieve an acceptable cut for weeding.

Haven't tried it yet(use a lot of the 24k) but I did talk to the owner. He said the chrome is actually made with nickel which would make it pricey. Not sure if that helps.
