Circular Corrugated Plastic

A customer of ours wants so circular yard signs that are 32". What would be the best way to do this? Is there places that sell these pre-cut? I tried cutting out by hand but it is not perfect

At my old sign shop we would occasionally do "baseball" sponsor signs out of 10mm coroplast. Most of the time we'd order them precut, but sometimes we couldn't wait and would cut by hand.

We can cut them on our Zund Cutter. looks like you would get 3 out of a 48 x 96 sheet. Depending on where you are located, that may work.

It can be done easily with either a table saw or band saw and a jig. Time consuming though so I would way my time versus cost of subbing out.
