cj 500 Problem

I have a cj 500, and while trying to print a large file the machine beeped and the display said Internal Memory Error. I cant cancel job it keeps blinking busy and it says now proccessing. Tried shutting it down and restarting it, but when i load material it just keeps blinking busy. Is there a way to reset the memory in printer. Ive almost got the machine sold so I can upgrade to solvent need help!!!!!

Have you tried opening up your windows printers to see if the print job is still trying to print in the Q ?

yup and i just got it to open and got them deleted, now trying to cancel in machine.

got it!!!!! I had to restart printer 3 times.
