CJ-500 service mode?

i have forgot the access sequence. anyone out there know the key sequence to get into the service mode?

i am about to ebay it and i'm wanting to print out the history.

that would be .....up,left,right,down,left,down,right,then....left+down+right+power.

may take a couple tries but thats it.

thats it i just did it on mine.....like i said you may have to try a few times.you must be thorough with it and quick also.it will take practice.but thats it

Roland CJ-500 Service Mode Access :

With panel display turned OFF use the following sequence of button presses :

Up

Left

Right

Down

Left

Down

Right

Followed by this sequence of button presses :

Left, Down, Right and Power – together.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The CJ-500 is now in Service Mode . . .

To exit Service Mode, simply turn the display panel power OFF.

i still can't get it to work, i heard the if you update the firmware you can't get onto service mode or at least not that way. ?

not sure about that. i do know that it can be tricky. sometimes it takes me up to ten trys, and i know it !!
