cjv 30 heat settings

I have a Mimaki CJV 30 and the prints are a bit grainy. I use the Oracal 3164 film. Do you have any recommendations for which heat settings should be used? Currently, I am using 35, 35, 40.

That's a bit low. I use 38 40 42. Not sure that that would make a difference to graininess. Have you done a drop position check?
