Hi guys we recently bought a new cjv30-130 and are just getting to grips with using it, my question is whats the maximum thickness this machine can cut as in can it cut banner and others stuff or does it only cut vinyl, also can it cut through and through or does it only do kiss cutting

Hello Gurupreet, I've just bought one of these too so would be happy to try to exchange info and ideas as they come up.
Regarding cutting, I can't imagine trying to cut through a banner and not sure why you'd want to??

For cutting vinyl I use the following pressures:
Vinyl only - 50g
Vinyl plus lam - 100g
Vinyl plus lam plus backing sheet (half cut) - 220
Vinyl only plus backing sheet (half cut) - 150

These are a guide only, I haven't done much half cut stuff, but it does a good job of contour cutting.
