Hi guys I have a serious problem. My mimaki cjv30-130 the head recently struck the metal material holding guide and after that all the colours except the magenta stopped firing, now after several days of head soaking and cleaning nothing is firing, give me some hope guys is the head gone or not.

Doesn't sound good....can't you move the head down to the end to inspect it for damage?

I had the same problem and had to replace the head.
