CJV30-160 Cutting Twice

I have a CJV30-160 ripped by Onyx and using finecut plugin to cut plots through illustrator. When I send it down my cut lines are cut twice. It used to happen every once in a while now it's happening all the time. Has anyone else had this problem?

The only time my cutter cuts twice is when i dont catch a very thin keyline that has been converted to contour cut and it actually places a double cutline so close to each other it seems like one cut line being hit twice.

That has happen to me, but I put 2 cut lines in the file by accident
