CJV30-160 Media width issue.

Hi all,

Just picked up a reconditioned Mimaki CJV30-160. I'm currently trying to load a 1370mm Agfa Banner roll but it is only detecting 1202mm.

Any ideas? I have the media all the way to the right hand side from front view in accordance with the manual and the 7 pinch rollers are on. Metal brackets are also in position.

The CJV30 measures the media by the outside pinch rollers and not the actual media. It's a common mistake but your pinch rollers are probably too far in on the media which is why it is measuring short.
