CJV30-160 not cutting media all the way across.

Our CJV30-160 is not cutting media all the way across after printing. It leaves a couple of inches on either side regardless of media width. Is there a setting somewhere that is making it do this? I looked in the manual, but there was nothing on this.

The cut off function only cuts a little further than the width of the pinch rollers. If the pinch rollers are too far inside the vinyl, it won't cut all of the way. Try getting the pinch rollers closer to the edge of the material. The printer does not measure the material but it measures the width of the outside pinch rollers.
