cjv30-160 trouble in spoolservice win7

hello everybody, i really like your contribution to fix mimaky cjv30-160, when i finish to print from wasatch , everithing ok, and i go on cut the contour, the windows7 sent me this message app failed in spoolservice, and thats all, the mimaki doesn`t do any thing more, i need to reiniciate windows7 to comtinue printing, but do nothing else, win7 is 64 bits, and the drivers to mimaky are up to date, i preciate your answers, thanks and may have a good day
