Cjv30-160bs "error 008 - linear encoder: Sensor

Guyz,,need ur comments,, i found "ERROR 008 - LINEAR ENCODER: SENSOR" on my cjv30-160bs,,,cleaned the encoder strip and encoder sensor,,,,replaced the encoder sensor,, updated the machin firmware from 2.80 to 2.90,,,, still no changes.
This happens when the machine is booting,,,and bcoz of that it is not possible to enter in service mode also,,really tuff time,,,post ur suggessions,,,, w8ingggg,,,thnx in advnce :
