What is ghost printing? And i think i have it... i sent a job to print. It started. And all the sudden the media stopped moving down. The head kept moving from side to side. But wouldn't put out any ink. I had to take it off remote. And reset the media. To get it back to print... because it happened again when i tried it with out resetting the media(lifting the lever)...anyone have any suggestions?
