CJV30 poor prints

Hello all,

im new to largeformat printing and this is my first thread at all.
I have a mimaki cjv30 and the original head was bad. I didn't wanted to buy a new
one from mimaki, so i decided to test one from my R1900, which gave me a
good nozzle test in the old epson printer. I changed the manifold adapter to the old
one from mimaki with the head memory board and put it in the CJV30.
It it working, but i get bad print results and i'm not sure if the head could be the problem.

I have attached a few images, the first one shows the nozzle test, which i know isn't looking great,
a few days ago i had a better nozzle test, but the print results were the same.

I have printed some test patterns in service mode, and don't get a solid area, it seems like small lines missing everywhere,
also at positions and colors, where the nozzle test isn't so bad.
Everything printed out looks grainy, printed numbers/letters are blurred.

I hope someone could help me and would appreciate any hint.

Your missing nozzles may come back after a while of using solvent ink.
The poor quality is from bad dot placement.
You need to do a head slant adjust, then dot position placement adjustment to get it right again.
Look in your maintenance menu.
