Cleaning during print cycle

Any help with this would be great. My VS-640 has started to run a cleaning cycle during the print, several times. On prints over 2' it does it several times and ends up causing banding in the print. I've done a manual cleaning and run a few cleaning cycles, but it still continues.

I guess you don't use IC CHIPS on your cartridges if it's third-party inks or your printer doesn't recognise those chips provided cartridges with inks are OEM.
If it's the first case... Buy permanent chips on AliExpress. If it's the second update your printer firmware.

Agree with hazartilirot on the printer firmware update. Our printer was doing the same, update fixed it.
