Cleaning problem

Hi, there

When my value jet 1604 machine/printer is self cleaning the motor pump is running but the ink doesn't come out of the tubes. Can you give me any advice or do you know the solution to my problem.

More than likely your drain lines are blocked/plugged with dried ink.
You need to rinse the lines with cleaning fluid to clear the blockage.
