Cleaning swabs

Hey guys, I'm out of the swabs the Roland came with when i got it so it's time to order more.

I see Fellers has the TechSwabs 2306, Would these work fine for cleaning the heads and all?

Note: Do NOT use Cotton Swabs for cleaning the heads...the fibers can break off inside the head(s) and cause you a LOT of grief and expense. Use the foam swabs.

The foam make-up brushes/sponges commonly found at local dollar stores work great also.
