CLEAR 180c removal! any advise?

We had to rebrand 5 4500gal tanker trucks that had been wrapped with yellow 180c with the clear glue.
It had been on them 3 or 4 years.
The vertical surfaces came off with little or no glue left behind.
The areas of the tanks horizontal to the sun came off in small pieces and left behind glue that came off without much work using some Ace Hardware Goo-Gone.
We worked inside the fuel storage yard so the only heat assist we could use was the sun. Lucky for us it was set on high for the few days we needed to do the work.
