clear coat over uv cured ink

I am having two 5'x6' acrylic panels flatbed printed (they will be backlit) and planning to clear coat for a bit more protection during install and a bit more uv resistance but I can't find a recommendation for a clear coat. Gerber doesn't recommend Frog Juice, Ronan said their stuff will not adhere to uv cured inks. Any suggestions.

Hot assist

We use a hot assist laminator for our UV prints. I don't know if that will help with acrylic but works great.
