Hello, Robert, We are looking to get at least a year with the floor graphics. We were recommended to use Briteline Multi Grab because of price point and availability.
This product needs no lamination. Having said that, we thought if we were to apply a water-borne epoxy topcoat it would be more resistant to wear and tear
in a warehouse condition. We have already purchased this film because of its availability and price point.
Please share your thoughts
Thanks
Dennis
Pinfinity Dennis, incidentally, like your beard.
Based on your "get at least a year..." some bright yellow caution lights are coming on. The material you have described might last "up to" six months. The "...up to..." shouts out to be cautious.
There is an over laminate, but its durability is four months.
Warehouse wear and tear is a tough variable.
And then, after a year, will the graphic be removed? If you use epoxy, that removal could be quite a project.
Another detail about epoxy. Depending on wear and tear, you could get up to 30 years of durability. Again, there is the "...up to..." But at least epoxy has a good chance of lasting the one year. When it comes to floor graphics, there really is no way to predict how long it will last. Once the graphic is in place, you can monitor it and project its durability.
There is so much more. I hope these details have helped a little.
