Clear Focus Perforated Vinyl weird lines

I have only used Clear Focus perforated vinyl for vehicle windows. Everytime I've printed on it I get these weird lines. You can see them on the unprinted vinyl as well. It's not really noticeable on lighter prints, but pretty obvious on dark prints. It's not my printer. Anyone else experience this? Is this normal for perforated vinyl? Like I said, I can clearly see them on the unprinted vinyl. Thanks

Just a guess as I am not a expert, but from my experience I would try a different profile. It could be your rip or maybe a roll of contaminated material.
