Clear Focus Window Mesh

Has anyone had any luck matching colors/tones on Clear Focus window mesh with vehicle vinyl. Eventhough we explained to the customer that you printing on 50% less surface, he expected the colors to match perfectly. Anyone have any tricks that can get the colors closer?

Educate your customer. If you go to 50/50, you're taking a chance of not having DOT regulated media and could possibly be named in a lawsuit.

keep the same profiles between media to be safe, and if your client questions the final product/plan then just remind them that your print is/will be right... its the black dots showing through the perforation that's not the right color.

It will appear darker, but its "merely an optical illusion".
