Alright, weird issue. I just got a new internet computer, and I plugged in my old mouse, sweet... good to go. Well........... not quite. Half of the time when I click, it double clicks, and it's getting quite annoying. It didn't do that on the last computer, nor on any other computer, but the mouse (which I've had for 5 months) is always double clicking (like if you click a x box... you only click once, but the computer registers that it clicks twice, and shuts down 2 windows), a couple times it even triple clicked....

Any ideas?????????????????

Check the preferences, but I'm sure you did that.

Try a different mouse on the puter.
If that one works fine leave it and use the one not plugged in on the puter with no mouse.

Just curious, is it a Logitech mouse? if so I would uninstall Setpoint and then re-install using the latest version. If not, check your hot keys to see if you accidentally turned one on.

Is it a Logitech MX Laser Mouse? I'm having the exact same problem with mine. I adjusted the settings in the control panel, it did nothing. I finally gave up and just got another mouse.
