Clipart help

Looking to find/purchase this clipart. (in Vector version) Can't seem to locate the source to buy it, but it looks to be part of a collection somewhere as I've found it and similar all over in low res versions.

Looks like it was from 2014...might ask them if it is available to use.

Was feelin' froggy... Took 3 commercials to draw it while I was watching TV, gave it new colors for fun.
Either I'm feeling especially creative, or they air way too many commercials.
