Close, but no cigar!

I need help identifying this font. I thought it was Caslon at first but it's not.

I'd say it's pretty close to....

SIMONCINI or STEMPEL GARAMOND LT BOLD

but maybe it's just me.

URW calls it Garamond No 9 Medium

Adobe calls it Simoncini Garamond Bold

Bitstream calls it Italian Garamond Bold

Stempel Garamond is extremely close (probably close enough) however the A, D, and O shown have different characteristics from my I.T.C. and Bitstream issues.
