cloud -ish print on foamboard

Sign Says
Any idea why this might happen? this is on a Mutoh 1638UH UV printer, printing on Foam Board

Any area that should be solid white is getting this cloudy result in it. Even in the lettering. almost like overspray

Prints fine on coro and white paper, just seems to be happening on foam.

Thank you!

Looks like your head is too high and the ink is swirling around under there. Don't know the technical name for it.

It’s all about your print!
Overspray/Static or it's actually in your file and you can't see it on the screen but it amplifies on the print.
Even a 1 1 1 1 on cmyk will put dots in white.

I’d check your head height if this is the same file used for the other processes.

At first glance it looks like a poorly edited image.
