CMYK switching to RVW in X7

First time for me to experience this strange problem. I have applied various percentages of CMYK black from the CMYK color palette to some lettering & contours, and then when I click on them later it shows (in the bottom/right corner of the screen) to be a RVW color. No matter how many times I try to revert it back to CMYK, it goes back to RVW. Any ideas why and how to fix?

Hey Colin, did you have any luck with this? I've seen it a few times as well and haven't figured it out. If I open it on a different computer (X6 and doesn't have RVW palette installed, not sure if both of those conditions are necessary though) I can fix it.

Nope, no fix. I put it on the CorelDraw forum as well with no luck.
