CMYK to RGB in Corel

I have created a file in Corel that I want to send to Signs365 to print out. They only print in RGB. When I export the file the dark blue colors change to a dull blue/gray. I'm trying to get a rich navy blue color print. Every time I "export" in Corel the default setting is CMYK, which I have to change to RGB as it is exporting - how do I change the default to RGB. I'm wondering if that will make a difference. I don't have problems with other colors.

Try converting the fill in the file itself to an RGB color before exporting.

Click on....Tool/color management at the bottom check RGB selection box.
