College font

I know some of those "college" sorts of titles & logos were custom designed for the schools, but does anyone have a font match for this?

I've tried FMF, WFI and WTF with no luck.

if this is a font Id be shocked, looks like some college graphic artist got a hold of something and butchered it

are there any duplicate letters in the sample? that could rule out it being a font or not.

All the duplicate letters appear to be identical. Here's two more letters....

What college is it? Sometimes I have found the necessary fonts, or at least their names, right on the college athletic department's website. Or on the school's marketing department website. There are also some fonts I've found as knockoffs for schools like Nebraska, Missouri, and others by searching for their font.

I believe it is related to the University of South Dakota?

That's the one NCAA font that isn't available. And the university branding guidelines don't include that font.
