[Pixels Are Bad Mmmkay?]

I'm having a heck of a time with this one. It would seem it is none of the obvious ones. Can someone identify this? Thanks so much.

[Pixels Are Bad Mmmkay?]

I tried to match it using my resources, then tried to match it with all my known fonts...M54...Freshman...Stahl's Varsity...United Serif...etc. The problem here is the Q. Nothing seems to match that Q. I may just use Varsity or something similar and modify it slightly if needed.
