color issues

I'm having trouble with black. If I print 0,0,0,100 its ok but if I print rgb or any form of rich black it prints navy. The problem is I trying to print a supplied jpeg and the black is navy.

Anyone have similar problem?

assuming your heads are all firing ok, this will be a profile issue. are you sure you are using the right profile for your ink/media?

All profiling, probably. Failing the creation of a new profile, did you try to just manually dial back the Cyan in your RIP for this one job?
 
I am assuming you are using versa works? What color management profile are you using? Have you sampled the color in photoshop to see what the RGB values are for the black?
