Color Separations

I've been using FlexiSign for 20yrs for signage (cut vinyl and digital printing). We recently acquired a screen printing and embroidery business...and will be adding wearables to the sign mix.

I have never had to output files with color seps for screen printing before. I have looked online and poked around Flexi a bit...but I do not see an option to save or export files with CMYK separations to make screens!?

Currently using Flexi 19 (cloud). TIA

Try looking in the Flexi print manager area. I do separations in Illustrator and Coreldraw thru the print preview to print or pdf to export.

Found this on the SAI website. About two thirds of the way down it shows about seperations.

We use Separation Studio 4. Worth every penny. Customers bring in art and we dont have to recreate it in vector just to separate it. It will handle jpeg and also do halftone.
