Colorip 2.2 Cutting off Letters

I am running Colorip 2.2 to drive Roland SP-300. I am trying to cut only. I saved the image as .eps, opened it in Colorip. That works fine. I can send it to cut and it cuts.

Problem: The bounding box in the print layout cuts off the end of the last letter. I am using 24" vinyl. The art is 21.25". The cutter displays 23.2".

How do you adjust this?

Open the eps file in wireframe mode. You may find some fragments that are "outside the box" causing the file to be bigger than actually seen..
Can you remove the bounding box?
Are your margins/cropping set to zero?
