Colorspan 72uvr head replacement

We have a 72uvr and 72uvx, the uvr runs good but needs head replaced,
wanted to take heads out of uvx and put in the uvr, was wondering if any special service manual would be required to do this,
I've replaced heads, boards and etc in my rolands and mutohs but don't have any experience with the colorspan,

any help would be appreciated, maybe some info on how the heads come out of head carriage easiest way,

those heads clean up great with NMP, factory cleaner just doesn't cut it.

I was able to find a paper manual which explained replacing heads and etc,

we were instructed by CET to replace seven heads after our used printer sat in a crate for months in the heat. a night of soaking out of the machine in oem solution did nothing. syringing NMP in to the head cleaned them up in minutes. we later used NMP for our everyday cleaner with no ill effects.

we can get those heads 100% recovered.. my assistant came up with a process that works.. 3 levels of cleaning and ultrasonic too. signkingaz@yahoo.com
