Colorspan 72UVX sucking ink up the vac line? Please Help

AIRBOSS

New Member
Unfortunately I have a colorspan 72uvx and it is trying to suck ink up the vacuum line. The vacuum is at the correct setting so I am at a loss here. Once ink gets in the vac line it loses its pull and ink starts dripping from the heads. Anyone here have any idea what I can look for (other than a new printer).

Thanks,

can be more than 1 problem.......

1st. the thermistor are demage or give wrong data !
2nd. air pressure-vacuum vavle works not correct !
3rd. the ink profiler you use "cracked chip" gives the error so the ink counting works not correct an the ink-pumps always work.
4th. you have airleaks in various parts "tubes, connector, PH-reservoir, reservoir overfill clogged(Master to slave PH) aso"
5th. The Printhead electronic is demage.

Roomtemp is urgent too to cold, the ink system works not correct aso.

to analyze need picture and more information :notworthy:
