Contacts from windows live mail to outlook 2013?? Help Please!!!

Does anyone here know how to get contacts from Windows Live Mail into Outlook 2013? I've also got Outlook synced with iCloud, not sure if that's going to make a difference. Any help or info would be great. Thanks!!

only thing i can tell ya.........IF YOU UPGRADE TO WINDOW 7....SAVE YOUR EMAIL INFO ON A DISC, otherwise it will get DELETED!!!!! ask me how i know....................
