Contour Cut, Magnetic letters?

Anyone have a good source? For an a-frame project. Cool font earns extra points.

Google only brings up one product, that my client is not impressed with.

They need a multiple character set (i.e. 4 each aeiou, 3 each rst, etc)

old 60deg blade, 6 passes on plotter? I'm tryin it right now

edit: well, it worked...just a bit of a pain is all...did a 4" #1 in Tiffany Bold (a file I had up already in composer) - still had to crack out the number, but it was a smooth cut

That sounds like something that should be stamped out with a die. You could also use a block style font of cut vinyl on squares or rectangles of mag. Kerning would be atrocious.
