Contour cutting poly metal

Any suggestions on contour cutting poly metal? I use a jigsaw but is there a better way?

I have always wondered this also.

If it's a small job, a jigsaw or bandsaw. If it's big I sub it out to a CNC router.

dremel should work with a steady hand.

I would use a jig saw for 1-2 signs, but if there are 3 or more I would sub out to someone with a CNC also. If I have 2 same size, same shape signs, I clamp 2 pieces together and cut them at the same time.

If you dont have access to CNC / someone with CNC and you have multiples, jigsaw 1 out of MDF then use a flush trim router bit to make your blanks
