I'm running into a similar problem. I have a q160 which i just installed the ARMS on and can't get it to cut right and sometimes it wan't even read the reg marks properly. I've done all the adjustments and they all look good. When I go to cut the printed image, the cuts are extremely off(+-1/4"). I'm using Flexi 10.
When I purchased the ARMS I was told it would cost $99 to walk through the install over the phone.
