Cabinet makers use similar tools to route and carve then finish by paint or stain and i've seen a bit of vinyl use as well, Shoe makers also create and design items. I personally would have to consider any of these including cornhole board manufacturing to not be sign manufacturers. How loosly must the definition of sign manufacturer be streatched in order to cover cornholes? I would think it kinda insulting.
