Convert Illustrator files Please

Can someone please convert some Illustrator files down to CS3 and convert the text into outlines for
me please.

Have you ever tried this:
- Create new window
- Place your file (Uncheck "Link")
- Select all your objects
- Click on "Expand Appearance" in the Objects menu

Not 100% foolproof but it works often.
