Converting fonts from Mac to PC

Anyone know if there is a way to convert fonts from a Mac to work on PC?
A client supplied me with their fonts they want used but only have it in Mac format.

You can definitely do it. I converted all eleventy-billion of my fonts when I cursed the Mac community and went fulltime PC in 2002 or 2003. It's been so long I don't remember what I used, but it wasn't online like that one.
