Wondering what is the simplest way to make a letterhead I've designed in Illustrator editable in Word (I haven't used word for 20 years). The main problem is the graphics goes right to the edges at top and bottom. Any help appreciated.

We've had a few clients that we've designed letterheads for ask us for the same thing. After many hassles we just supplied them with a JPG of the letterhead that they can paste into the DOC header.

When I did this (pain in the butt) MS Word stuff in the past, I would save the art as a RGB JPEG, then put a new "text box" into the document and place the art into that text box. then put a text box below that for them to edit to type their text into.

I would actually do it as a PNG that way if they ever had a reason to change the page color, they wouldn't have that annoying white bounding box.

Probably wouldn't be an issue 99.9% of the time, but I would rather stave off having to revisit the issue.
