Copy operation failed!

I have Flexi 7.6 I tired to copy a image that is 33m. I have copied images larger then this in flexi before but now I'm getting (There is not enough memory, Copy operation failed. It's like I have to much saved to the clip board. Anyone know what the problem may be?

yes, it's flexi!
Try to restart the program

clear preferences
just make sure you know your plotter,printer info before doing so

If Flexi is causing it, then "Clear Preferences" then reboot

It is working fine in Flexi 7 but not in 7.6

How do I go about clearing preferences?

I have had this problem before too. My workaround is to just save as into another file, (if you just want it in another flexi file). You might have to export it if you want to use it in another program.

go to start, programs, scroll to flexi, options pop out, and default preferences is one of them

well no luck. I uninstalled and reinstalled flexi 7.6 and cleared preferences when installing.
I can copy and paste jpegs and other files just not psd files but I can copy and paste psd files in flexi 7
I saved the psd file as a flexi file and still can't copy and paste it.

Instead of copying and pasting it, import it.
