hey i have been getting my 3 by 12 above ground pool ready for the season I was wondering if i could call it "The Grotto " ?

Maybe if you change the size of the font? What about using a different font? Are you licensed to use that font? Could this cause damages to the original grotto? Could someone potentially looking for the grotto mistake yours for the real thing thus causing damages and lost revenue for the original? Is this a photo of the grotto? Do you have permission to use that photo? BLA BLA BLA BLA BLA......
