IMO. Sometimes we analize things just a little to much. Who cares really. Its a close up of your flag. A silhouette of a soldier and a welcoming text. Who's gonna sue? Uncle Sam? A person would have to be a complete a hole to sue for this.

Either buy it from Istock or Dreamstime which will cost you under 10 bucks or take it from a high res Google image and crop it. I'll dare anyone to find out from where it came from.

I would agree with you on this.
It may be different for you up north but in the states "A-holes filing stupid lawsuits" is cottage industry.
