OK. So I have a customer who has been out of work and in a last ditch effort to find work has decided to start their own business out in California selling dream catchers. I don't want to mention the tv show However, they want signs stating "get your (TV SHOW) hand made dream catchers" with the names of the celebrities on the sign. Is this ok to do?? I wouldn't think so. I know this guy pretty well and he says he'll say he made it himself but I think this guy is wasting his money with me. I told him this won't fly but he's determined to do it. I don't want to hurt is feelings by saying no I won't do it but I don't know if I should. Any thoughts??

This would not be a copyright issue as a work is not being directly copied.

This would likely be a trademark issue.
