Corel font help

I have been trying to get a font in corel draw and it doesn't show up. It shows up in the font manager as installed but corel draw won't recoginize it. Any one have any idea why that would happen. Thanks.

Does the font show up and work in any other apps you have on the same system?
If not you might want to delete and reinstall.
If it is Corel only then I'm not sure - might need to reset Draws prefs if all else fails.

Reboot and/or scroll through the whole list.... sometimes font's aren't where they should be.

Is it an open type font? If so, you'll need to download a patch from Corel's site.

Doesn't your version of windows have Arial Bold already?
Depending on which version of windows you have you might have a font clash E.G. Win 7 comes with Arial.otf if you install Arial.ttf the could cause conflicts.
Do you use Font navigator that came with Corel?
If so go and check out what you have installed.

i doubt you have the lastest update...........WHAT VERSION COREL? had the same problem with X3, updated pacthes and no more problem.
